Shipping policy

We ship all orders in 5 business days. If your order is custom made, please expect a longer processing time.
- Domestic shipping is 5-8 days.

- International shipping is 8-21 days.
Once the package is dispatched, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

- Do not soak the product
- Wash products of the same color together
- Colored products should be washed separately to avoid fading
- Jackets & sweaters must be dry cleaned
- Bleubird recommends hand washing or using a laundry bag when machine washing. We encourage to use eco-friendly laundry detergent products.

Non-Singapore orders will be shipped from our international warehouse in Singapore. We are not able to account for taxes and duties of the destination countries, if any.

If the parcel is returned due to unpaid tax, we would not be able to refund you shipping fee and tax handling fee (if any).
