We ship all orders in 5 business days. If your order is custom made, please expect a longer processing time.
- Domestic shipping is 5-8 days.
- International shipping is 8-21 days.

Non-Singapore orders will be shipped from our international warehouse in Singapore. We are not able to account for taxes and duties of the destination countries, if any.
If the parcel is returned due to unpaid tax, we would not be able to refund you shipping fee and tax handling fee (if any).
